Our Founding
International Mills was founded with the idea that if 4 companies/partners from 4 different backgrounds came together, we could better serve the world’s textile market. R&R Textiles, Jasmine Towels, HR Cotton, and Maltex Exports have been strategic partners for decades. As all 4 companies continued to grow over the past 20 years, we recognized that the textile market was missing a true global manufacturing company with a production base that connected both India and Pakistan. With Maltex Exports and HR Cotton based out of Pakistan and Jasmine/R&R Textiles’ roots out of India, we realized that a Post-Covid world was better served with a textile organization that has production and teams who can connect what is actually happening out of Pakistan, India, and the United States. We are the only textile company that can legitimately say that our ownership has Indian, Pakistani, and US roots. This unique background gives us a strong understanding of costs, quality, supply chain efficiency, and product development.
